Wildcats Will Field One Team; Time Change for First Game

8/28/17 - The Woodmore Middle School will field one football team, a combination of seventh and eighth graders.  The first game of the season is at Elmwood on Sept. 7 and Elmwood's seventh grade will play Ottawa Hills at 4:45 with Woodmore's combined team opposing Elmwood's eighth grade following the seventh grade game, at approximately 6:00.  The three middle school home games, on Sept. 14 and Oct. 5 and 12, will be one game.  The games on Sept. 14 and Oct. 5 will start at 4:15, the Oct. 12 game will begin at 4:45.

Wildcats Close Season With a Win

10/21/16 - The middle school football team closed the season with a 24-0 win at Rossford.  Eighth grader Gage Might rushed for one touchdown and had a rushing two-point conversion.  Eighth-grader Aaron Sandrock also rushed for one touchdown and threw a scoring pass to eighth-grader Evan Hensel.  Seventh-grader Luke Travis had a rushing two-point conversion while eighth-grader Mikey Brzeczek blocked a punt and the ball went out of the end zone for a safety.  The Wildcats compiled a 4-4 record and a 4-3 record in Northern Buckeye Conference games.

Wildcats Lost Close Contest to Lake

10/6/16 - The junior high football team lost a 6-0 decision to Lake at home in a Northern Buckeye Conference contest.
