Girls Sixth, Boys 32nd in Galion Meet

9/17/16 - The girls junior high cross country team placed sixth of the 27 teams in the Galion Cross Country Fesitval while the boys team was 32nd out of 34 teams.  The girls team had 198 points and were led by eighth-grader Ava Beam who placed ninth in a time of 13:23.5.  Eighth-grader Greta Bauder placed 24th in a time of 14:00.3 while eighth-grader Olivia Thatcher was 39th in a time of 14:33.5.  Other Woodmore runners included: seventh-grader Sidney Wank (54th, 14:53.1), seventh-grader Kristen Davis (83rd, 15:32.8), and eighth-grader Savanna Fligor (87th, 15:36.5).  The boys team had 801 points and were led by seventh-grader Kayden Widman who finished 111th in a time of 14:03.1.  Eighth-grader Kegan Harrison placed 157th in a time of 14:49.8.  The rest of the Wildcat runners included: eighth-grader Ian Jacobson (167th, 15:07.2), seventh-grader Joshua Hobbs (190th, 15:59.7), eighth-grader Nathan Sedlmeier (192nd, 16:06.7), seventh-grader Mason Hablitzel (218th, 17:45.5), and seventh-grader Marty Repka (225th, 18:47.9).
