Girls Second at Old Fort, Boys 10th

10/1/16 - The girls junior high cross country team finished second in the Old Fort Invitational. The girls team had 65 points to finish behind only Liberty Center, who had 32 points, in the 12-team field.  The boys team finished 10th with 238 points.  Girls results: eighth-grader Ava Beam (2nd, 12:56.04), eighth-grader Greta Bauder (8th, 13:21.05), eighth-grader Olivia Thatcher (14th, 13:37.86), seventh-grader Sidney Wank (15th, 13:40.74), seventh-grader Kristen Davis (35th, 14:44.39), eighth-grader Savanna Fligor (36th, 14:46.64), eighth-grader Sidney Gillig (61st, 15:47.35), eighth-grader Julia Cable (65th, 16:03.22), eighth-grader Sierra Cantley (68th, 16:10.26), eighth-grader Olivia Heidebrink (79th, 16:46.07), and seventh-grader Makayla Stang (101st, 22:13.64).  Boys results: seventh-grader Kayden Widman (39th, 13:24.21), eighth-grader Kegan Harrison (61st, 14:09.27), eighth-grader Nathan Sedlmeier (64th, 14:18.46), eighth-grader Ian Jacobson (76th, 14:40.79), seventh-grader Joshua Hobbs (85th, 15:13.86), seventh-grader Mason Hablitzel (102nd, 16:35.05), seventh-grader Marty Repka (115th, 18:20.01), and seventh-grader Nick Rothert (122nd, 22:48.86).
